New Practices – if you haven’t already, accept your user invitation and complete password setup before moving forward with install prep.

** REMAINING STEPS FOR EXISTING PRACTICES ONLY **

If you are a new practice coming onboard you can skip the remaining steps – you are all set for install!

Update Providers in DW App (app.dw-corp.com) – include a unique NPI number for each dentist

Log into Dental Warranty and pull up your Provider list: app.dw-corp.com > Manage > Providers

Make sure all active dentists are represented. Now is the perfect time to add to the list if you find there are any dentists not yet entered.

A unique NPI for each dentist ensures a clear match so we avoid the creation of duplicate providers in Dental Warranty during your initial sync.

In DW App (app.dw-corp.com): Clear Pending Registrations before install

Before installation, be sure you have 0 Pending Registrations. Starting with a clean canvas here paves the way for optimal performance.
